** This is just my sample menu I do not follow this daily, I just wanted parents to have an idea of what we eat on a daily basis. If there are meal items your kids absolutely love I will adapt my meal plan to accommodate that item. I use only whole wheat bread and pastas, I use Low fat whenever possible and try to maintain a good healthy balance for all kids. (Special diets are parents responsability)
